Operational Risk Training
Operational risk is the risk of financial losses and negative social performance a company faces while carrying out its day-to-day business operations and caused by flawed or failed processes, policies, people, systems or events that disrupt business operations. Employee errors, criminal activity such as fraud, and physical events are among the factors that can trigger operational risk. There are five categories of operational risk - people risk, process risk, systems risk, external events risk, and legal and compliance risk.
We design and conduct bespoke operational risk training courses for organisations. Depending on the needs of the organization and the participant profile, the course generally starts with learning the background mathematics and fundamental concepts of risk management and then goes on to learning the specialized theories of operational risk analytics.
