He oversees the identification, assessment, and mitigation of various risks across the organization. With over 16 years of experience in the BFSI sector, Mr. Navdhare has worked with a diverse range of companies, including investment managers, insurance firms, banks, and Market Infrastructure Institutions (MIIs). He holds the globally recognized Financial Risk Manager (FRM) accreditation from the Global Association of Risk Professionals.

Mr. Navdhare is passionate about enhancing risk culture and awareness within his organization and the industry. He is dedicated to contributing to the development and innovation of risk management standards both locally and globally.
