Jayesh is the currently working as Director of a Hedge Fund Administration and Consulting company SS&C Globeop. With revenues of more than $4.5bn, SS&C Globeop is the market leader for providing solutions to the Alternative Fund industry. Jayesh leads the India Regulatory and Analytics Solutions Business where he maintains strong client relationships with executives at hedge funds, private equity funds and fund of funds around the globe. Jayesh plays a key role in development of new Analytical & Regulatory products, Sales & Marketing strategy and Revenue growth. Previously he has worked with banks like JP Morgan and ICICI.

Jayesh is also the Chairman and Founder of Nitya Saarthi Foundation, which is a non-profit, non-government, all-volunteer organization that aims at uplifting underprivileged children and communities by imparting high-quality education, transforming schools and villages, and taking up infrastructure projects that improve the livelihood of tribals based out of remote parts of Maharashtra.

Teaching has always been a passion and hence he spends his spare time educating students and professionals. He has been invited as a guest speaker at Bombay Stock Exchange, Reserve Bank of India, and at various B Schools and International Banks. He is also a visiting faculty at Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies.
